If I sign on to my account I see the following offer for a new contract:

Trouble is, all these speeds are lower than I am currently getting (~15 Mbps). Is there any reason to expect, if I do renew, my current speed might indeed decrease? Bear in mind, over the years, speed HAS been on a downward trend - I used originally to get ~20Mbps on the same ADSL2+ line!
