Hi there,
I received an email about my contract renewal with a link to actually do it but the link which took me to my account's manage account section which said and says still: "You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.".
As far as I am aware there are no outstanding orders in progress, so I am a bit perplexed.
Is anyone able to offer any assistance on this? Any help would be most appreciated.
