Contract End ??

Hi there,

I'm having fibre issues at present and was going through all your emails for information.....I noticed that on the phone activation one you've referred to an 18 month contract yet my fibre is 12 months (as I wanted for all services). Is that right Huh I only ever take out yearly contracts so I'm not lumbered for too long with a bad service.

Can you please advise when the phone contract and when the fibre contract end, please ? I would've queried it at sign-up if I'd realised they're differing dates.
