Re: Contract Due For Renewal - Had a Offer But Without The New Hub Two

@adam945

My final bill has come through today and it has an Outstanding balance of (minus) -£*.**

Does that mean it will be credited back to my bank? As all it says is..... Got a minus sign in front of your outstanding balance? That means you’re in credit and don’t have to make a payment.

Thanks

Hiya @tcj1971, that is correct. If your final bill is in credit, this will get refunded back to you. If your direct debit details are active, it will automatically be issued back to your bank.
