Contacting to discuss renewal

I have tried to contact Plusnet this evening to discuss options as my contract is near it end.

Estimated time for hone was 30 Minutes so tried chat already at 45 minutes and I am number 1 in the queue all this time.

No way to email or request info any other way.

You need more staff to answer deal with calls.

Update

Chat worked fine tonight, managed to get through and got a very helpful person who sorted everything for me.

Re: Contacting to discuss renewal

Based on the timing of your post here I'm guessing you called just after 8-when cot closes, meaning you'll have gone into the main cs queue. One of the staff will probably be happy to arrange a call back for you bit otherwise call cot on 0800 013 2632 between 8 and 8 weekdays if I remember right.

Re: Contacting to discuss renewal

Thanks for you response, it was around 19:00 when I tried.

So hopefully someone will phone me, if not then I just move to someone else.

Re: Contacting to discuss renewal

Welcome to our community forums @wayne5430 and apologies for the wait to get through to us at times.

I'm glad to hear this is resolved now. Feel free to let us know over here if you need any further assistance.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
