Contacting Plusnet regarding an upgrade

I accepted the offer to upgrade to fibre and was given a switch over date of 23 November.

I have received an email confirming the switch.

No router has been delivered. My account shows that I am still on my old package.

Plusnet Chat seems to be broken. There is a 15 minute waiting time on the telephone.

Is this normal or exceptional?

Sorry to hear this - i can confirm a router is on it's way to you and your activation date can be seen in my recent ticket here
