Contacting Customer Service

Best customer service? How am I supposed to get in touch if I am not on Twitter and your online chat is offline and your customer service phone number provides a message and then hangs up?

I have a query on my bill yet hiding behind the coronavirus as an excuse not to provide that customer service is shameful. So... who do I get in touch with over a query with my latest bill?

I do not need a robot to reply. I do not need help on managing my account online. I do not need to know what you are doing for your staff during Covid response. I need to speak with someone about a problem with my bill. Are the "community" going to do that?

@b789pilot

Your post here should be picked up by a Plusnet staff member.

As you have not given any information about your billing issues (completely understandable on this public forum) they will need to contact you to take things further - you should see a response here in due course.

Re: Contacting Customer Service

Thanks for the response. What I can say about the issue is that I Anytime International 300 and charging has kicked in after just 260 minutes.

@b789pilot Welcome to the forum.  🙂

When did you take up the Anytime option?

It doesn't apply until the next billing date after signing up for it.

Re: Contacting Customer Service

I’ve been on International 300 for over 2 years. Apart from the occasional call that goes over 60 min and getting charged for the ‘overage’, I have never exceeded the 300 min in a billing cycle. This months bill has gone over 300 min but the charging has started at 260 min.

Ah, I see what you mean now. Sorry, I misinterpreted your original post.

One of the PN staff should be along soon to advise.  🤞
