I've been trying to find a contact email/webchat/ticket service/postal address etc but can't find anything except their phone number and bsl number. I've only just recently became hard of hearing so phone calls are extremely difficult and I don't know BSL.
Sorry if this isn't the appropriate forum I'm new to this.

A staff Member may pick up on this and create a ticket for you.
As you're now hard of hearing, have you registered as a "vulnerable person" with PN. If not, you can do so on-line by logging into your PN Members page.
Click on Manage Account and then Additional Support

The members centre Home page should provide you with your contract end date.
Left side titled "Your contract" if viewed on a desktop/laptop. On a smartphone scroll down look for > Your contract
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Bunny7 Thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forum, I hope this message finds you well and I'm sorry to hear of your change in circumstances.
In order to get through to us using the text relay service please dial 1800803301239123, you’ll see 'Relay UK ring ring' on your textphone screen. If your call is answered, you’ll see:
1. 'Relay UK Answered, please wait for connection'
2. 'Relay UK Waiting for a free relay assistant'
3. 'Connected to Relay, please wait'
The Relay Assistant won’t come on the call if it’s not answered.
Once you are connected, please type your conversation and the Relay person will be typing back to you.
Another alternative would be to contact us when you are with someone that is able to speak on your behalf and relay the information said back to you.
