Im just the UAE and need to transfer my plusnet domain to a different provider - The only option seems to be calling the cancellation line - Which I just did - the wait time is 40 mins plus. The call charges from the UAE would be astronomical for that period of time. Is there a Whatsapp or email I can conclude this topic on?

If you can wait for a while a staff member may pick up on this thread and create a Ticket on your account to action your request.

The only email address I'm aware of is postroom@plus.net (taken from https://www.plus.net/help/legal/support-for-customers-with-disabilities/understanding-technology/) but I don't know whether an email sent to that address would be accepted for cancellations.
Instead of sitting on the phone for 40 minutes, I've sent messages to Plusnet via X (Twitter) and Facebook over the past couple of days (first message sent via X at 8am on Weds), but have had no replies at all.
Plusnet used to be great for customer service but I get the feeling things are going downhill.

The transfer out of a domain name should be possible via the forum / a ticket on your account raised by one of the staff members ... @Marsh / @LexLex2020 / @Tina11192
Account cancellation (migration) can be done by instructing another provider to take over the line.
Service cessation can only be done by direct communication with Plusnet via telephone or letter - see Plusnet cancellation policy guidelines | Help | Plusnet
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
