Confused by bill, mistake?

Got my first bill yesterday for £18.73 was expecting it to be £21 odds. When i joined it was for half price broadband for 9 months and a £15 amazon voucher, half price BB should be £6.49 then line rental £11.99 and any calls £3.50 but on the bill it shows a discount with the code amazon9 for £3.25 can someone explain this to me?Huh

£6.49 per month is the full price for Value broadband (at least in 'low cost areas'), £3.25 discount is half of this amount.

Hi scotslass86,
As you are still within your first three months of service your monthly billing is reduced to Market 3 (low cost area) pricing.  This is £6.49 per month.  As you have also got an Amazon offer for half price broadband for 9 months this means that your broadband service will be £3.25 per month during the first three months.

Ah i see i didnt realise it worked like that in the first 3 months so after 3 months it will go back to £6.49 for the remaining 6 months then up to full price of £12.99 for the remaining 3 months of contract? also when do i receive my £15 amazon voucher? thanks

Thanks exactly right.  First three months at £3.25, following six months at £6:49 and then £12.99 on going from that point onwards.
With regards to the voucher you should have received this by Email to your Yahoo address.  If you haven't let me know and i'll ask our support team to get this sorted for you.
