Confused about this months bill.

My bills get done on the 8th of the month and this month its telling me that a DD will be taken on the 17th Sept for -0.37P

 

My monthly bill is always £39.99 so whats happened here? i know new billing has gone live and i have not changed anything on my account so do not understand whats gone on here.
