Confused about my bill

Why does my next phone bill dated 29-12-13 to 28-01-14 include a call which was made on the 28-12-13? I have already paid for this call in my last bill but the call apears to have been removed from the bill I've already paid onto next months bill.  Am I going to be charged twice for the same call?

No, it's just that we didn't get that call listed in your previous billing month. Calls are billed in the month we receive them, which can be a couple of days after they're made - which is why this has happened. It'll only be charged once though.
