I joined Plusnet a year ago on the Unlimited broadband 10MB which is advertised as from £19.99 per month. At the time we paid for the 12 months line rental in advance so for the last 12 months the bill has been £9.00 monthly.
Now I haven’t renewed the advance line rental payment and the bill has gone up to £27.99 Monthly. I don’t understand why it’s that much and not £19.99?
