Confused...What's happened to first 3 months free discount?

Hi
Joined Plusnet a few months ago and so far very impressed.
After paying my first months payment of £11.49 I received an email from Plusnet saying I should have got the first 3 months free and so the next 3 months would be discounted.
But I'm a bit confused what seems to be happening
1st  month I paid £11.49
2nd month I paid £11.49
3rd month I got the discount I paid £0.00
This month I paid £6.50?
Is this a glitch in the system and are other users having the same problem?

Ok, I've worked out what's going on.
Your package is £11.49 for the first 3 months and then  £17.99 thereafter...
As the discount wasn't applied immediately the first two months you paid  £11.49 on those first 2 invoices
The 3rd invoice(27/09) for  £11.49  was fully discounted so the total was  £0.00
The 4th invoice(27/10) for  £17.99 was discounted by  £11.49 so you paid  £6.50
And the 5th invoice due 27/11 will also be discounted by  £11.49, so you will pay  £6.50 again
So in essence you have had 3 lots of  £11.49 discounted, equivalent to your first 3 months free.

Many thanks for your reply, stil a bit confused as the email I received from Plusnet on the 9th Sept said my first 3 months would be free?
I may have just  got the wrong end of the stick or the email was sent out to me by mistake, here are the details of the email.............
