Conflicting information and being overcharge

Hi,

 

Since joining plusnet last year, I've had nothing but problems. After spending a lot of time going backwards and forwards on the phone for hours over months things seemed to be finally sorted in December. 

 

However, I had a bill on January the 2nd and now have just had notification of another bill coming 28th of January, and they are both a lot more than what I was supposed to be paying?

 

Hope to have some help on this.
