A few weeks ago I wrote to you to give notice of my intention to cancel my Home Phone and Broadband service due to the poor level of service received.
Today I have received a letter from [CSA Removed] that says "we've contacted you several times recently to remind you about your outstanding balance", which is clearly untrue as this is the first I have heard from you.
And apparently I owe you £132.80. No information about this amount, why its been charged or anything else?
Obviously it does confirm that I've made the right decision, but it would still be helpful to receive some kind of explanation.
My client reference is 1376633.
