Compensation

I feel like I should've been owed way more compensation than what I have received. It's been more than 30days since my services have been up and running so I'm looking to see about raising concern as to why I've not received what I'm owed?

I was delayed for 2 months without Internet and what I was told I'd receive is not the case. What do I do?

As this is account related, I suggest you either: contact PN by phone, or wait for one of the Help Team to pick this up. As it is the weekend, the phone will probably be quicker.
