Compensation for loss of service

Hi,

I lost my broadband connection yesterday PM due to a MSO, and after raising the issue with PN was given an estimated BOL time that did not happen.

Unfortunately this caused disruption with my WFH activities, and had to attend head office at personal time/expense to remain working.

As a gesture of goodwill, are PN willing to offer compensation for this outage?
