Compensation for Messing Up House Move
How do I go about making a formal complaint to Plusnet?
My house move was messed up, leaving me without broadband for a month. I have been trying to get compensation for the mobile wifi hotspot and data I had to buy to tide me over, but am getting nowhere. I raised the question on my account page, but it has been closed without actually resolving the problem. I am tired of talking to different advisers on the phone and chat, without success.
