Hi, I'm coming to the end of my LRS period whereafter the LR will be increased and I'll be charged for broadband.
When I log in and go to 'manage account', I get the message:
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."
When I look at the latest bill dated 10th April, it states:
"Balance brought forward -£147.88
Unlimited Fibre £15.99 Promotional Discount -£10.99
I don't understand the 'balance brought forward'; is this another 12 months of LR? Please advise, thank you.
