One of the reasons I came over to PlusNet was that you seemed to be much more customer friendly, but I've seen my bills from you go up and up such that now other suppliers can offer better deals even after their promotional phase. I keep seeing your ads offering great deals and I've been told I can simply reapply for one of these. Is that true? would it mean starting from scratch having to set everything up again? Why not just offer your existing customers the best deal anyway? I have phone and BB via you. Come on what can you do for me? Thanks Mike
