Hi All,
Can someone please tell me what the procedure would be for the following circumstance?
Both myself and my girlfriend own separate houses - both are with Plusnet for phone and broadband, and I'm looking to sell my house and move in with my girlfriend.. is one Plusnet account cancelled in a case like this? I also have fibre whereas my girlfriend doesn't, so I guess I'll be charged an activation fee to transfer that to my girlfriends?

Inevitably one of the accounts will need to be cancelled. I assume you'd want to move the fibre service to your girlfriend's property so cancelling your own service might not be the best option.
I suggest giving the specialist House Move team a call to discuss the requirement (see Moving Guide). Hopefully they'll be able to sort out an option to minimise costs.
