ive been with plusnet for about 10 years and they've been a great service provider. But I am fed up with 20 minute telephone call ques. Now all I want to do is open a support ticket to close my account Sad because I am moving house and was about to upgrade to fibre ooptic. Oh well so if anyone can telll me how you open a upport ticket now witheout going in circles on faulty logic trails I's appreciatte its Trevor
Hopefully telephone and ticket answering times will improve soon as more staff become active at the Leeds Centre. However, as you say times are currently poor. Cancelling your service will result in a cease charge of £30; do you really want to do that rather than migrating to a different provider using a MAC? Either way raising a ticket would be ineffective. You need to call the Cancellations Team on 0330 123 9197 for this. They are open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 8.00pm (except Bank Holidays) and Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
