I have Plusnet broadband under my name, but we have switched to Virgin Media under my flatmate's name. Would our PlusNet services cancel automatically once Virgin take over? (Our contract ends in January 2021, so we will pay Early termination fees)
I had messaged PlusNet on Twitter a week ago, but haven't heard back anything. I'm really busy with exams and work, so unable to call Plusnet and wait for ages. Could someone help. Thanks.
