Closed ticket due to inaction

link:csa removed opened a ticket  107305086 on 13/7/15 and told me he would be in contact once the tape of my conversation has been listened too. I have since found that it has been closed due to inaction.
Has the tape been listened too? I can tell you that it would have been between 16:00 - 17:30 when your operator offered me the deal and I changed my BB and phone package rather than get my MAC.Could someone get back to me please?
Would it not be more logical for a chit to be closed only when an action has been completed, or after 11 days the chit is escalated to be completed or closed with a valid outcome.

Welcome to the forums David!
I've re-opened that ticket and dropped the agent an email regarding this matter. I apologise they never got back to you previously, I believe they sent the ticket to yourself instead of their personal ticket pool and because of this they forgot to chase it up and the ticket ultimately closed itself.
