Hi @MickD2, thanks for getting back to us and I'm sorry to hear you've received a notification regarding the order being rejected. I can confirm when looking into this I can see my colleague @Gandalf is closely monitoring the situation and is awaiting for the steps with the phone side of things to complete before we can place the broadband order successfully. Although he's not in the office this weekend I can confirm he returns tomorrow and will be able to dive into this issue further for you. I'm sincerely sorry for the further inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Go with BT they are more professional, Plusnet have been nothing but trouble for us and we have been lied to many times, do not ask for a manager to call you, for some unknown reason they tell you it will take five or more days then do not call you anyway 🙄🙄
