Hi.
My account has been closed (ceased) as I've moved to a fttp provider, But I still seem to be able to login to my Member centre area, should i still be able to login as the leaving email said this should be ceased also.?.

Still able to login, Would someone be able to look into this for me. As when I log in it still says your account is closing even though the refund for the last month has been completed.
