Close contract / cancellation fee

Hi again , whell this just make me upset
1 : called sc and ask for cancellation with the agreement to pay str8 away the cancellation cost.
2 : previous to the e-mail i cancelled mi DD , having no clue ..... since the council tax , and utilities are like ok , roger that u may cancel the DD
3: SINCE 16 OF OCTOBER , i get only the message reinstate your direct debit . Are u kidding ? 1 u dont shut down services as per request ( still showing up and running ) I ASK FOR THE BILL WITH THE [-Censored-] CANCELLING FEE ON IT ! I WANT TO PAY FOR THE [-Censored-] END OF THIS [-Censored-].
WORST CUSTOMMER SERVICE EVER , I AM MOVING OUT OF UK [-Censored-] IS WRONG WITH U ?
