Claiming Cashback Email

Hi, My Plusnet Fibre broadband has now been active for 16 days and according to the webite I should have received a cashback email within 10 days, am I reading this wrong? Is there something I need to do before receiving the email?

Switched through uswitch on 27/9/19, not yet had an email ( searched junk ) can you please help ?
