Claim your Plusnet Reward email - links not working

Signed up 15th Sept - received the 'claim your reward' email on 26th, but the links in the email say 'this page isn't working'. 

Any ideas on how to claim it?

i have the same issue, except i recieved an email to claim the reward card but non of the links in the email work

Hmmm Strange.....

What exact error are you experiencing? I clicked the link in the email we sent out, and it worked fine for me. Have you tried it on another device?

i get HTTP Error 464

Hey @JOS 

That is the first time I have heard about that error, but not to worry; I have claimed your reward from our side. It may take up to 30 days for the reward card to arrive at your property.

Hi Lee, 

Alex_H reached out to me, and I provided him with the relevant details, he said it could be up to 5 working days before I hear back (This was on Thursday so still some time) but i haven't heard back anything from the rewards team yet, no.
