Hello!
I signed up for plusnet on 14/12/2013 and arranged for an engineer to come as I had no phone line.
The phone line was fitted last Wednesday and I should be expecting the internet later this week 'Fingers crossed', but I am a little worried because in my account details section of my account says it is still in the 'Checking your details' stage. I would have thought that I would be at least checking my lines or something by now.
Also it says my router hasn't been ordered yet, but I paid for it almost a month ago.
Is this normal? I hope someone can help
