I am new to PN and have just moved house so u must understand how impatient i have become lol.
Basically i have had no internet for 2 weeks and ordered PN Extra on the weekend. my BT Line was activated 2 days ago, how long does PN usually take to get past the "Checking your details" stage in the order process?

Hi there,
We hadn't received confirmation that the line was active. I've cleared that now and submitted your order. This can take up to 5 working days, but we'll email you the confirmed date once we receive it from our suppliers.
I feel for ya, life without broadband seems strange these days huh?
