Cheapest option???

Our bills seem large but that is partly due to being on  evening & weekend package when now it should be anytime.  However I do not understand Broadband download usage.  If I watch something on my SMART TV that was on the BBC i player or Demand 5 or 4OD does this count as a download?  Otherwise I cannot understand why the usage has gone up.  I browse the web for ideas for games to play with the Beaver Scouts but other than that my usage is minimal.  What is going wrong>/

Yes ALL usage of the network counts towards your total broadband download total.

You might be better off on our Unlimited Package, details on this can be found by logging into your Member Centre (http://portal.plus.net) and by clicking the 'Product Change' link at the top, middle of your Member Centre page.
Please note that any product changes will complete on your next billing date.
