Hi Plusnet. I spoke to customer services a couple of months ago regarding an account early termination billing query and was informed that the amount i owed was to be written off. I have now received an email & letter from Arvatovs debt collection agency chasing me for £41 from Plusnet? i have checked my Plusnet account and the ticket that was opened states that the amount has been written off successfully and the final pdf bill on my account shows the amount owed is zero and the amount written off. Can you please advise how to get this sorted out please....the facebook team are not responding several days later. Thank you.
