I recently changed product to fibre broadband at an offer price of £9 per month. Just received my latest invoice and the charge is £21 +. No online chat at the moment. Not accepting phone calls, and I am not on twitter or Facebook. Any suggestions?

@Louise21 Welcome to the forum
Do you have Line Rental Saver in place?
Plusnet are good at offering fibre at say£9 per month without mentioning that they then also charge for line rental on top.of the £9.
If you have LRS do you have any call packages?

Hi
yes I do have line rental saver and evening and weekend calls.I am not sure that is the issue there is no mention of line rental. There is a refund which I believe relates to my previous product and two new Broadband charges both of which being more than the £9 unless one of them is the line rental. There is also a discount applied that is actually a charge!
