Charged twice for phone installation!

Hi, It looks like I am getting charged twice for a new line installation! I paid £49.99 via credit card on the 01/11/2011 when signing up for plusnet home phone and broadband, the engineer visited yesterday and now I have received a email saying I will I will be charged £86.48 via direct debit as a one-off payment. On the invoice this is broken down as:
1 Initial Subscription - £11.49
1 ADSL Setup Fee - £25.00
1 Phone Installation Fee - £49.99
So I am getting charged again for a phone installation fee even though I paid already on the 01/11/2011 (money has come out of my account).
This is not acceptable! Can it please be rectified as soon as possible. I have already opened a support question (id: 4911171Cool detailing all of the above.
