Charged out of contract price while still in contract

Hello,

Just renewed for another 12 months. I'm still in contract but ending soon in August.

In July bill I have been charged 67.25. Should be as agreed coontract?

£43.49 £0.00 £43.49

Line Rental £28.63

Discount -£1.64

Unlimited UK & Mobile £13.50

Unlimited Fibre £25.91

Discount -£22.91

Caller Display £0.00 Plusnet Call Protect £0.00

Please can you isse correct refund to next bill?

If I recall correctly, it is something of a tradition for the Plusnet billing computer to go bananas following a re-contract order. It usually turns out OK in the following month - if you can follow the the N pages of 'adjustments'.

So, our billing system generates bills for the month ahead, which means if your contract doesn't start before your billing date, it will generate the bill out of contract.

As pvmb stated will be sorted on your next bill, sorry for any unwanted surprise!
