Charged line renal despite Line Rental Saver being active

Hi Plusnet, I've just renewed my contract and noticed that my most recent (6th Sep) bill has an £18.99 line rental applied to it despite my Line Rental Saver still being active (I think it expires Mar '20). Could you take a look?

Sorry that's happened. Looks like the renewal has interrupted the LRS. I've refunded the incorrect line rental charge back to you and forced the contract back on for the remaining months (plus an extra month).

The same sort of thing has just happened to me. I recently upgraded to Fibre and have now been billed for line rental despite having an existing Line Rental Saver (that I last renewed in September). Plusnet, please refund me.

Also unexpected is being billed for a month in advance (for bb) in combination with last month. Fortunately, that (a whacking big bill) was what made me check the details and notice the line rental thing. Wonder how much I've had nicked off me in the past without noticing due to other bugs?

ps. note. Two line rental amounts erroneously charged in my latest bill: £5.70 + £18.99.
