Charged full Line Rental despite Line Rental Saver

Hi Plusnet,

I've signed up to Plusnet recently and received my first bill, dated 26/11/2019. When I signed up around the end of October I paid £197.88, in advance, for the Line Rental Saver. (This works out at the reduced rate of £16.49 per month).

However, when I look at my first bill (see attachment) I see that although the advance of £197.88 for the Line Rental Saver appears correctly - but the line rental charge deducted is the full £18.99.

Could you please take a look at this for me?
