Charged for period of two weeks after I'm no longer a plusnet customer

Hi,

My broadband contract ends on 18th this month. Yesterday i have requested to be moved to another provider on 19th this month, which is two weeks from now a day after my current contract expires.

Today i have received a new bill generated and it is broken down:

For period 06/10 - 18/10

For period 19/10 - 05/11

As i understand line rental and broadban charges for first period, i'm kind of lost on why i'm being charged for second?

Fix

@RobDBob  The billing system always charges a month in advance, it doesn't know you are leaving, the second part is probably at a different rate as you will then be out of contract. You get a final bill about 21 days after you leave which will sort it out and refund any over payment.
