Looked at my account this month, and I've started being charged for landline calls which are in the evening (01242 ... ) - at 9pm ? [As I received a notification that my credit was running low]
Previously all these calls were free and I've not changed my account/sub offer and have the "Evenings & Weekends Included" so this call should be included and free of charge. (My phone bill has shot up from about £6 last month to £20 as a result of this incorrect billing).
Is anyone else experiencing this billing error? - Can someone @plusnet email me to fix.
