Charged for BT Sport twice

My new bill is WAY above what was expected. I was expecting it to be £42.99 but instead it is £53.15. The bill shows one charge for BT Sport for £15 (expected) and another charge for BT Sport for £10.16 (unexpected). I've only just recently added BT Sport so why have I been charged twice for this and two different amounts? Cannot wait until my contract is over, I'm going to be so gone from Plusnet. Appalling provider!

Are the charges for the current  part month and then a full month in advance ?

No idea I'm afraid. I wasn't aware that it was billed in advance as that's not how I am charged for the broadband and phone line.

@mtizzle  You actually are charged in advance for the following month for both broadband and phone line rental. Unless you have some special arrangement.😀
