I have move the service to another company in January 2020. This is the confirmation that I got in the email
"Your phone service will transfer automatically on 24thJanuary 2020 and will result in the cancellation of your phone contract."
In March I got a bill thinking that this is the last one for the remaining balance but today I got yet another one. As the call center is now closed and the chat seems not to be working either are you able to review my account and provide me with the explanation for the last two bills? I have cancelled the DD as I'm not going to pay for the services that you are not providing to me.
