Charged Double For Broadband

Last month I was charged double for my broadband.  I have received a refund but I'm concerned
I will be charged too much again.  I have a 2 year contract with 11 months to go.
I haven't received an email telling me that my next payment is almost due so don't know what this month's
charge will be, any clarification please.

Hi countrybumpkin65, welcome to the forums.
I've had a look at your account and it looks like initially the discounts were only applied for 12 months for some reason  Huh
This has since been rectified and the remaining discounts have now been applied correctly so moving forward it should be fine  Smiley
