Changing products

Is there any chance that someone could look at ticket 38016833 to:
- move me to "Extra" (as the "product change" link - when the link actually works - tells me there is a problem with my billing date)
- move my home phone to the new Talk Anytime product (apparently available from 17th Dec, and originally requested via ticket 38053749 which has been closed but I've not heard anything)
The ticket has been open for over 5 days now, and I'm keen to get it all sorted before my billing date on Wednesday.
It's unfortunate that the only way of getting things resolved is to post on the forums, but I'm not getting anywhere with the CSC.

I've just checked that ticket and can see that you had a reply a few minutes ago.
Let me know if you have any further difficulties as I don't mind taking another look if need be.
