Changing name on account

Hello my father has recently passed away and the broadband was in his name. How do I go about changing this into my mothers name? They are on a joint DD anyway for this account.

Hi @mactell, I am really sorry to hear of the loss of your Father, please accept my sincerest condolences.


To be able to change the account into your Mother's name, we would need to speak to her I'm afraid. If you could drop me a PM with her details and a good time to call, I'd be happy to arrange this so we can get this sorted for her.


Alternatively she can call in on 0800 432 0200, but please be aware that the call queues are currently at around 40 mins (as I type).
