Changing move date

Can you help? I need to change my move date. I need to keep my internet on at my old address until the 8th and put it in my new place on the 9th

It was scheduled to be terminated at my old address on the 2nd and set up at my new address on 9th. I still need it at my new address on the 9th but i will still need it at my old address until the 8th

How do i change the cease date at my old premises to  later date?

Are you sure you have put a cease in, or have you asked for a move?

I asked for a move but my cease date is 8 days before it gets set up in my new place.

I can see following on from a conversation you had with an agent yesterday your cease date has now been amended and your services will stay active in your old property up till the day you move out.
