Changing To Virgin

Hi  after a few moans regarding dropping connection, my employer is paying for a Virgin 152mb package for me, can i please have the costs to cancel please. The service has been ok but recent dropouts have wore me down a bit and the last time Bt came out they said they could find no fault and we only avoided a bill because my wife made the engineer a nice cup of coffee, the "no fault found" when the connection had dropped on and off over the course of the week, is the final straw..
