Changing Name on account

Hi, I need to change the name on the account.
Nothing else needs to change e.g. username / payment details / address / contact details etc - it is just the person named against the account.
I already have myself listed as an Authorised User.
I don't see a way to change this on the My Account page.
I presume I need to raise a ticket, but can't see where to do that.
I am out of contract which has prompted me to raise this (Bill is over £60 when it should be £25)

@MarcusJClifford Hi there,
Ultimately this needs to be a conversation on the phone with one of our advisors (0330 123 9123).
We can only change the account holders name under certain circumstances. For example; Bereavement, marriage/divorce, Imprisonment ETC..
If you're just looking to take over the account for the same address, we would probably need to make a new account for yourself.
All options you have can be explained with a quick call to us.
