Changing Name On The Bill Account

Hi i was wondering any one can help me? is it possible to put my name on the bill letter? the name is original in my brothers account and hes got my name on for authorised user

Hi there,
It's not possible to change the name of an account holder without the service being terminated and a new account created.
If your paying for the account you don't need to be listed as the account holder though.
